Motivate & Advocate Support Services (MASS) was founded by Chawntalay Jackson, Executive Director. Chawntalay has a background in psychology as well as a Masters Degree in Social Work, from the University of California State Dominguez Hills. During her time working in the field of social work, she has had the ability to obtain knowledge from various systems and the impact of those systems on families as well as the individuals we serve. Chawntalay has worked with adults of various developmental and intellectual disabilities. Her work includes providing support to adults who have ADHD, cerebral palsy and autism spectrum disorder, for 8 plus years.

MASS believes that each person is entitled to reside in their own homes and in their preferred communities, to participate in all life decisions, become active residents in their community, and are given every opportunity to maximize their greatest potential. MASS works to provide each individual with the motivation to learn and adapt new skills and advocate for the resources they need to succeed.
